| Here is a brief list of completed projects where the entire project was managed from start to finish. These services are available at a rate similar to real-estate services ~ 2.5% of Project cost. We can provide consultation & administration services during the building process to give the home-owner access to Rebates that can pay for, or even exceed the cost of these services, as well. Simple plan drawings are also available on an hourly rate basis if that better suits client needs. This can be a good place to start, and generally cost up to 1% of Finished project costs. If a client then wants to continue the relationship with consultation & facilitation services the initial planning costs are taken off the final total for the entire project. This project went from zoning, site development, installation of services, permit application & approval through inspections to project completion.
Small House in a Small Town
– Substantial Renovation
This project comprised a smaller house originally built in 1938. The house was the right size (small, but not tiny) and the right placement, and was in good shape, but lacked the open layout of a modern build, as well as the electrical wiring requirements for modern living. As a result, a building permit was required for ‘substantial renovation‘, and the house was taken down to studs and completely rebuilt from there. More pictures of this project coming soon!
