We can also provide on-going project management as a designer-builder option for complete support similar to Reverse Real-Estate Services: Helping to guide you through the planning, permitting and building stages to make the right choices and investments to help the Project maximize and retain value over time. This can help you to meet your goals and achive your desires, while providing a good financial investment, as well.

These services are available at a rate similar to real-estate services ~ 2.5% of Project cost. We can provide consultation & administration services during the building process to give the home-owner access to Rebates that can pay for, or even exceed the cost of these services, as well.

If you decide that you need & want the building plans only – that is certainly possible as well – and a great place to start!

Plans & estimated costs are costed on an hourly rate basis – and tend to run near the 1% range of project costs. For plans only, further savings are available. With better initial planning, the savings add up through the building process.
