Here is a brief list of completed projects<\/strong> where the entire project was managed from start to finish<\/em>.

These services are available at a rate similar to real-estate services ~ 2.5% of Project cost. We can provide consultation & administration services<\/em> during the building process to give the home-owner access to Rebates<\/em><\/strong> that can pay for, or even exceed<\/em> the cost of these services, as well.

Simple plan drawings are also available on an hourly rate <\/em>basis if that better suits client needs. This can be a good place to start, and generally cost up to 1% of Finished project<\/strong> costs.

If a client then wants to continue the relationship with consultation & facilitation services<\/em> the initial planning costs are taken off the final total for the entire project.

Country Cottage project<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This project went from zoning, site development, installation of services, permit application & approval through inspections to project completion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Small House in a Small Town
– Substantial Renovation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This project comprised a smaller house originally built in 1938. The house was the right size (small, but not tiny<\/em>) and the right placement, and was in good shape, but lacked the open layout of a modern build, as well as the electrical wiring requirements for modern living. As a result, a building permit was required for ‘substantial renovation<\/strong>‘, and the house was taken down to studs and completely rebuilt from there.
